Well reguardless of all the nice pictures posted of cars no one on here actually owns (because the silver viper pictured above was definantly from a motor trend magazine in 2000. Still have the issue.). My opinion is this. There is a corvette at every stop light reguardless if its a z06 or zr1 or whatever. They are just like mustangs in a way. Every teenage girl in high school and every erogant idiot drives a mustang and the majority of them a v6's anyway. Corvettes are what you buy when you retire and have nothing left to do with your money. When you see a corvette, most people could care less because chances are their neighbor has one. When the guy next door has a viper you are checking it out every time you leave the house and his garage door is open... Probably asked for a ride too.....

To be honest, StoleIt changed my lifetime dream in the matter of a week. The plan after school was a nice daily and then the saving for the Z06 started. He drastically swayed it to a 96-97 blue GTS or steel gray GTS..

I'm pretty sure a lot more corvettes have been produced as opposed to vipers, so they should hold their value more. But that's your opinion, everyone has one.

people seem so concerned with "wow factor" or How rare vipers are, also how they turn more heads. why worry about what people think? Viper owners have a reputation, which they live up to. im sure they act the way the do, because of the fact that they are in fact not as prevalent as Corvettes are.

Well its amazing to me how the pictures of the nice custom corvette's you've posted defiantly have both the "wow factor" and I'm sure "turn heads" so now I'm confused. Sounds like you care. The difference in the way people act is because a corvette owner has to buy the car, them dump thousands upon thousands of dollars into it to get the same effect a viper owner has while his car is bone stock under a cover in his garage where people can only see the tires of it.

I got tired of looking at vipers once my dad bought one, seen one up close, seen em all.

Plus driving it for couples weeks straight REALLY made me hate it even more. Feet get hot as hell from the side exhaust, visibility is low, watch out for pot holes, god forbid the road is wet, burning through 1/4 tank a day like nothing, EVERYONE and there mother wants to talk to you about it...

JK Viper> Vette, that is all.
