I wonder how long before someone points out the difference in the curve, though I certainly wouldn't be pushing my $1.something Million car to the limits on the track. Damage to that would probably be worth more than the combined new value of all the cars at the track.

For reference the P1 makes about 250 more horsepower and weighs about 300 lbs less. That car rolls the **** out. Someone owns one about 20 minutes from where I live. He also has an MP4-12C that I've raced (hpde) alongside.

There's always one dude who has to point out the price vs performance. I guess 18 times the cost needs to buy you 18 times the performance. Lol

Damn....would be nice to have enough $$$ to buy a new z06 and go beat the tar outta it.....the dude with the p1 must be insanely rich. I'd still be beating muh little weeny just to be fortunate enough to own it.

I think they're calling these multi million dollar hybrids "hypercars" now since they're so much faster and more expensive than the usual supercars. Either way, definitely an eye opening comparison... That thing makes the C7Z look slow.

No, it's because people are morons when it comes to terminology. Now a Camry is a sportscar, a C7 is a supercar, a C7 Z06 is an ultracar, etc. Everything is a damn supercar nowadays.

Lots of downforce= lots of drag. There's a reason supercars have the adjustable spoilers and flaps that deploy with braking rather than using static/conventional methods of generating downforce.
