Im from bosnia myself, and i do a lot of racing in toronto..and im a mod on toronto street racing.

when someone posts up 6 .rar files when they could have obviuosly hosted the contents on their site, that makes me a little suspicious. Now you also have to take into account the fact that as of now 8/29 @ 10:57pm he (lapp6th) has only 4 posts. Not to be a dick, but you definatly scare me....could be a virus? but then again maybe not. I for one would love to see the videos, but would really like a direct link to the files. A .rar from an unreputable source isnt worth the possiblity of infection.

bah, that's what antivirus programs are for....but yeah, the .RAR format could have been ditched in favor of a more universal format

i personally don't mind .RAR, but as said before, not everyone on here knows about it or uses it

Im new in US forums so i cant know whats usually here if u would look at Introductions & Greetings. So forgive me if i dont hit ur expectations in the 1st row (just jk).

RAR Format

Y r they "rared"? On my (under construction) Mainsite (lapp6th.com) u will find several MP3s for free. But MP3 is in contrary to a divx avi much more high compressed so that it makes sense to compress that .avi files. The traffic could hurt me . And im talking about more of 50 % difference.

Compare the shorties filesize ^ and now as pure .avi. Thats a big difference :

A big difference for u to download too. I dont know how much ppl have highspeedlines & flatlines in the USA. And it cant be so fast for u to download it from a German server as for someone who is living around Germany. The most user from south Europe has only a 56k modem connection, they dont have flatlines, and they r happy for every less kb they have to download. And RAR is in my opinion more effective as ZIP. So they r a few positive reasons why it should be "rared" for u too and make ur explorations with that format. RAR isnt unusually in Europe. After ZIP comes RAR here as the second most used format especially in germany and the near.

Where to find the .rar archiver ?

How u could see on the homepage :

Winrar.de has a good english translation so dont worry. Its the same as ZIP and easy to use too. The most free ZIP archiver can handle the .rar format.

Virus :

Like everyone else i must get up every mornig to earn my food for the evening , and some nice car parts. I dont would invest all the time to give a small south european community a chance and get the their own HP on and hold that up to date, to distrubute some viruses through a archive (doesnt matter) what kind of archive. So u will see if u can trust me. But at last it wouldnt be so intelligent from me : Im a MOD in severals Forums, the biggest is counterstrike.de with 70.000 users (look for L.A.P.P. the 6th GC) like many game or car forums roo. So if I would do that, i would lost many "free jobs" and no one would download my private further releases . And i would like to stay here a little bit longer. Who else would explain me what a F-Body is .

@ Zlatko : Sure, be welcome. Im everytime in the summer up there (or a few times in the year) and "Rijeka" isnīt so far from the northern bosnian border. The scene on the northcoast isnīt really small. And many bosnian racers are coming to our bigger contests. U would have the fun that u want. But donīt forget, if u dont know our streets, u will be dead if u race serious with us .

I hope u like the vidz, cuz it was reall difficult to produce them on our streets ! I have payed aprox. over 1000 $ on tickets . My save was that the car was registered in germany.

I understand where your coming from man. I dont have internet at my home, and I use it at work. Here we have a DS3 connection (if you dont know a DS3 is the fastest land based line in the public sector), so I have no problem with streaming or downloading large files. Although I do have a problem with possibly infecting my pc, and other on our network. I am a Network Technician so I watch for that kind of stuff while working. So thats why I am a little jumpy about virus'. Sorry if you understood it wrong.

Slow cars j/k ,but driving on roads like that is stupid. Where i come from (Poland), plenty of people get killed like that everyday.
