My Mess around video
WARNING: This video is not for people who will complain about safety issues, driving fast, being a total moron. No one was hurt in the making of this video, including any animals, he-shes, and unfortunately ricers.
This was just a "Mess around" video, and the final cut will be done in about a week.
ENJOY: and dont flame.

I really didnt have enough space, when they finally started lighting up the Power Steering went out, and I was lucky I didnt hit the curb. 2.73's arent known to light the tires up extremely fast... especially the 18" Z06 rims/tires.

Was that "wood grain" I saw on your dash? I didn't realize that was an option for the f-bodies. I am assuming you have an A4. You need gears and a converter and you won't have anymore of those pesky donut problems.

Anyone got a site thats cheap that can host vids on? nevermind I'm just gonna pay my ripway account, and up it, I'll post the new link, along with another interesting video. For everyone who asked questions this should sum it up...
18" X 9.5 Triple Chrome Z06 Wheels, all 18's because I wanted to be able to rotate the tires, and didnt wanna go 17's in the front. I am using a 265-35ZR-18 Nexen tires, and they seem to be doing the job very well.
Didnt have much room for the small burn out, but did manage to blow out my Power Steering pump, when leaked very nicely today when I went to do the baseline dyno. I'll have a vid up soon with the results.
My Panasonic Mini DV stays in the car with me all the time, me and friends ALWAYS get girls to wave at us, we bet on who can get the most to wave, but the most interesting times are when we get the finger, or the boyfriend/husband reclines his seat forward to look at us.
The 165MPH Run was taken of course coming back from Palm Springs on the 10 West. I live in Big Bear Lake, CA. There was a discussion on one of the Fbody sites, saying that our cars wont do over 155, but if you watch that vid, I'm in 3rd, still at 5700 RPMS, it cuts, but I shift to drive and it has a little more in it. My friend says 170MPH, but I'll say 165. 2.73 Gears in the A4.
Gears and Stall coming soon, actually I have 3.73 Gears from Sierra, but I called and the manufacturer told me his gears would make noises, and recommended GM OEM gears. I already purchased the SLP take off Posi unit, the whole bearing/shims/grease rebuild kit for it, so I'm really debating if I should just install them, or purchase the OE Gears. PLUS I dont take my car to just anyone, so I have heard that the gear install is very crucial and dont want the avg. Joe to screw up my ride.
Who's to say that that was my license plate in the video. Or who's to say that was the same car going 155MPH+ Ticket comes in the mail I'm fighting it. Dont think I'll have any problems being that I work on computers for the local cops and the CHP.
Sorry about the video editing skills, I use Windows Movie maker, and its not the most advanced editor in the world, but it does get the job done. As for racing videos, I have a ton, but most of it is filmed at night, and I dont have nightshot mode on the Cam, so I'll have to start racing in the daytime... Only problem is I dont like it because you have cars on the road, which means being inconsiderate of others, and putting them in harms way which is not cool. If you notice on the 155 Vid, we had to zoom up to see other cars. I made sure we were clear from the front and the rear if things went sour.
Enjoy-
