Default Katech's new project Street/Strip/Show car

This is going to be an exciting project. Keep watching for our modification process throughout the winter and racing next spring. Everything will be documented with lots of videos and pictures. This is going to be a drag car that does not comprimise drivability or streetability. Other details will be released as they are determined.

You guys going with a turbo setup? Looks like a clean SS by the way, I always liked the way white F-bodies looked! I'll keep a lookout for more posts about this project.

The powerplant is still undecided. We have a couple of ideas but a turbo is not one of them. I will post the powerplant information once it is released.

Why drag, why don't you make this car a street beast.
i'm going to hook my ride with heads and cam and little of N2O :>
i'm afraid that i can't handle the car after i install those parts.
what do i have to install to make my traction better nitto and ..... ???

Learn how to drive the hell outta your car & get some sticky tires, 12-bolt, & lots of suspension goodies. That should keep you on the road. If it don't then you need a driver mod also.

I'm goin with a set of AFR 205 heads & a F13 cam on a 112 LSA. Makes great strip/street power. First I'm gonna handle my suspension stuff though. You will find out with these cars if you don't have supporting suspension mods you will never see the FULL potential of your car & it won't handle as good. Just some food for thought.
