why even race if your car aint ready, guess he just wanted an excuse for losing. almost sounds like a ricer excuse " my belt was slipping" well dumbass....wait till it's fixed and then you wont have any excuses for your almighty cobra getting slapped around.

Awesome video, to give the guy credit it did sound like the belt was slipping (had it happen to me) but I really don't think it would have made that much of a difference, the ZO6 had already started to roll on him long before there was any audible pitch change.

Wow, give the Cobra a break. It was painfully obvious that his belt was slipping bad. If I was in shoes and the belt was slipping, I'd still run him. I'd also run him once the belt issue was solved.
Theres no need to bad mouth everything that doesn't have an LS1. You know better.
Edit: Yes he could have left the excuse out of the video. If the owner thinks he actually has a chance, fix the belt run him again and film it. The Vette is ******* badass in stock trim!
