Default Best Budget Video Editing Software for PC??

What is the best budget video editing software for pc? I have been looking at Pinnacle Media Suite 10. I would love to get the Avid Liquid Pro. 7. But would rather spend the 1k on a 12bolt or heads. So what is a good one with some good title workings and extras?

Thanks, Ski

Do not buy Pinnacle!!!!! Very Buggy

The good thing about the vegas movie maker is as you progress everything you've learned applies to their professional version. Same keystrokes format and look.
There are also some great resources for help.

jims73z: Thanks, I downloaded the trial. Gonna try it out. Seems like there's alot more to it than windows. Trying to figure it out. little different in the format, but that is to be expected. Thanks.

I use pinnicle 10.5 and have very few problems. It is easy to use and has some neat effects for under $100.00
