Thanks alot for the positive comments guys!

2001z - It's still a street car so I'll be running a 17" MT DR. It's on 315 Nittos
now...and they are useless in every gear but 4th damn near.

I remember not so long ago when I was at 360RWHP/370TQ. Kenne Belle Cobra looked really similar to yours. I had him from a 5-10 mph (A4) roll 3 seperate times, but, everytime when he'd hit 2nd gear I could hear the SC screaming and the second I would look at my speedo to see it reading 40-45 mph, he was already in front of me as soon as I would look up. Never messed with one after that. And I still won't ... learned a valuable lesson thanks to that guy.

Congrat's on your numbers Unit. Stout TQ numbers are awesome ... where does it peak ... rpm-wise? Trap speeds of 130+, you must be clocking at least mid-10's.

Honestly, I don't have the graph so I didn't really get a chance to study
peak torque numbers. The curve that these twin screw blowers generate
is incredible. The torque is essentially a flat line from 3,000rpm to 5,250rpm
so peak torque is somewhat irrelevant. This old graph illustrates the nice torque curve.
I'll try to get my hands on the new graph.

I have a few more minor mods that need to be done prior to hitting
the track. I know what it's done in the past, but I don't want to put the
cart before the horse by bench racing. I'll post up some vids of it at the
track sometime in the near future.

My goal for this year is to run low 10's at mid 130's on blower only.

If you can flatline the TQ curve like that, your 545 FT/LBS of TQ carried through the entire mid-range (like your OLDER graph shows). Your car will seriously hurt somebody!!!

Throw on a little wet 100 shot (100+ octane) to spray progressive increments at about 4000 and shoot the TQ through the roof at about 4,800-6000. I believe you'll see numbers that will surprise even you. I wish my car was that strong.

You got a badass Cobra. And, this is all my own personal opine ... of course ... my .02 cents ... IMO ... FWIW ... LOL!!! Did I leave anything out?

Not really. That's pretty much how it goes with KB's. Actually, I'm impressed
with the torque. Just wait 'til it gets hit with a little nitrous. Torque will
be off the chart.

It's interesting that people have the perception that we (Cobra owners) only
need a few mods to make that kind of power. I've spent well over $10K in
mods. Of course, that includes the solid axle...but still. Making power isn't
cheap. Don't let anyone fool you.

What octane were the numbers achieved on? Pump gas?

Edit: Re-read it, VP 109.

I'll try to get ahold of the graph. I'd like to have it for reference sake anyway.
I told you the torque curve these blowers make is awesome.

I haven't really given it much thought, but I suppose you're right...a progressive
controller is probably the right way to go. It's on an electronic WOT
switch right now.

Unit > spent $23K on mine in the past 6 months ... still no comparison to your car ... speaking from a power perspective. When the nitrous setup is finished, I'll reel ya' in. If you spray yours, no way can I spend anymore money for awhile ... you **** me off ... j/k ... LOL!!!!

I'm glad you and I made amends. I think you're an alright guy ...

Well, spraying really brings the torque #'s up with a small cube and nitrous-friendly cam. I can see those numbers on a KB 2.2/nitrous combo with mediocre boost and a 100-125 shot. ... as for the 764 TQ on the Eaton+spray ... was that a typo?

I don't doubt that. Perhaps he had different mods than me too, such as
a upper/lower pulley combo, long tubes, etc.

Steve (ITSTOCK) made 800+rwtq with a eaton/spray car so I don't
question 764ft-lbs.

I'm happy with what my car did. I'm not too concerned what others are
making to be honest with you.

Unit, you say your car is a street car, and so is mine but I will bolt on slicks for the track to get traction to the ground.. If I had that much hp I wouldn't be on 17" DR's.. Maybe a 15" but never a 17"... So why don't you put a set of Welds on there with some slicks.. I drive my car to the track, change rims, race alot, spray a bunch of nitrous, change rims back and drive home..

I'd be happy to. Paypal me $1,500 and it's a done deal. 17" MT DR's are
the best bang for the buck without having to buy new wheels. I have other
financial responsibilities in life unfortunately. The car gets the scraps.
