Hockenheimring videos 14.06.2007 session 2 Well went to the ring on the 14 and had a blast. Here is an abbreviated version

Shift Faster!!! If you would shift faster your car would be so much quicker exiting turns and on the straights. As for the heel/toe technique, since your ankle is not what it used to be I don't blame you.
