Default Impala SS Photoshoot! Advice Wanted!

Okay i tried again, i wish i would have closed the Sunroof now that i look at the pictures and yeah turns out i didn't think about the tripod until i was there and its not close to my house i will be takin this car out to some other places as well but hey once again advice is greatly appreciated!















well there they are and for the record i went out at 9:15 and still got to much sunshine so i will have to try to go later next time

Your off to a good start. I like the location you have. The pics seem a little overexposed and slightly washed out. I'm guessing you are just using automatic settings so not much you can do about that. Try going into photoshop (hopefully you have access to it or a similair post-production program) and add a little contrast. This will help make the colors and shine of your car really 'POP'. Then try to darken the edges. This will take away any distracting elements in the background or foreground. You want people to notice your car, not the door it is parked in front of.

I've never been a big fan of the crazy angles like in the third and sixth shot. Those tend to give me a headache because I want to twist my neck to straiten the car out. Also, try and fill the frame. Like I said above, you want people to notice your car so fill the frame and don't give them a choice.

Just a couple of tips, but you are off on the right foot. The main thing is to keep practicing!

It's in the shop getting a new Turbo 350 Transmission than it gets driven straight to paint so it will be done for my senior pictures but i will try to shoot a few before paint to show you all
