That video is pretty pathetic. Its just the same sound clip of a V8 manual car played again and again, along with the tire squeal sounds added in every once in a while. 
I also recall reading the kid got away too. Look at ~2:11, then again at ~3:45 when he supposedly breaks down, its the same clip.
