my car vs 98 cobra w/100 shot just a quick lil vid. we are actually roommates.
he had the definite weight advantage as both me and my passenger weigh around 250 lbs a piece!

will mention a couple things for him, he spun off the hit so he didnt jump out like he would have otherwise, and he doesnt have a heater so I'm sure his bottle pressure was pretty low and you nitrous users out there know what that means.
i'm sure we will have a rematch once he has all that stuff fixed!
heads are some 4 year old GTP stage 2's, custom grind cam from xxxmotorsports .591/.595 230/232 112 lsa, ported fast 90mm
car was loud due to open cutout!

I had a race almost identical to that a few years ago in my SS. My car was making 464/419 with a pretty aggressive H/C/I/E set-up, and my buddies 97' Cobra had full bolt-ons, including longtubes, and was spraying a 150 dry shot. The outcome of pretty much all of our races were identical to yours! We were both on drag radials every time.
Man, this race really brings back some memories......thanks for sharing it!

i've got a pretty low budget setup lol other than the 90/90 hehe. cars motor is hurt, smokes like a bastard out of the breather hahah. i'd pick up some power if i didnt have some cheap *** old headers!
hes getting longtubes, and a fuel pump so he can go to a 150 shot (wet shot tho).
both of us were on DRs. I'll have a 3.7 geared 9" on soon tho!
we had great fun tho. always do. i've always been a little faster than him, and it really ticks him off haha. course i have a lot more money in my setup than him lol.
we are roommates, so its funny lookin in the garage with a cobra/trans am side by side

no prob guys! almost all vids i have are daytime vids! i hate nighttime vids too and I have a perfect place to ruN (the place in the vid) about 10 mins from my house, and it has zero traffic.

i have a B&B catback under normal circumstances, but i lose about 20 rwhp when i have it bottled up, in this case I woulda been fine, but i wasnt sure so I brought everything i had haha
yea, those cobras are pretty badass! love their size/weight and the looks, the one i raced is my favorite color too
