Why? 1 because the sound didn't match. 2, because that TT Murcie is probably only running 650awhp w/ the turbo setup.
Pretty sure he's been called out on the vid as well. Video just seemed a little sketchy to me...

Basically it boils down to this....an 800hp Murci roadster which is over 4,000 lbs rips a 800rwhp Viper weighing 3400-3500 lbs like it was standing still.
That, and a pullied Ford GT with a tune traps mid-high 130's- with the highest I've seen being 137mph from a guy on the alley. No way it's gonna fall off like that during a race. That Murci would have to trap 160+ to leave that FGT like that. And trust me....that aint happenin. Myth: Busted!

Video is bullshit 100% Video inside the FGT is looped, he missed a gear and it still sounds like he shifts into the same gear LOL. And when hes racing the viper...the exhaust of the Murci sounds like its right next to them....even when hes like 4535353 cars in front of him. And the viper race was just a complete JOKE. No way in hell he pulled the viper that hard I can almost guarantee the viper would have pulled him!
Heres what I think. Of course Doug Levin is famous for his viper performance experience, motor building and whatever else. I can almost be sure he showed the car beating HIS OWN 800+ horsepower viper because the TT kit for the Murci probably costs and arm and a ******* leg, so of course buy that instead of the less expensive viper build.
Just my rant/opinion.
