He dyno'd in 5th gear, so the numebrs are a bit on the high side, but still cool, none the less.

Sorry for having to bring this one up again but I just can't stand the ignorance here 
Kevin, why would you make such a stupid statement??? I have been personally in Steve's garage when he has ran this car on the dyno N/A and with only the 200HP NOX plate during initial testing (the final 1192 RWHP results were achieved with a 450HP plate). He happened to make 711 RWHP N/A (no juice) and 956 RWHP on the juice the day I was there .
You have absolutely no idea what this car sounds like! If you had a clue (which you don't) you would realize that this car is connected to two rubber exhaust hoses to exit all fumes and the bulk of the exhaust noise to outside of the building. The remaining noise that you hear from where the camcorder is located is primarily mechanical engine/air intake roar from the front of the car. At an idle this car (with it's true 3-1/2" duals and Spintech mufflers exiting at the rear bumper) sets off car alarms just idling.
And as for comments regarding dynoing in 5th gear.....for those in the know, his transmission is a G-Force model GF-2000 Clutch-less 5 speed which only comes with a 1:1 ratio 5th gear! Nothing bogus here. And nothing wrong with his dyno either. I have dynoed my car on it and it actually dynoed 5 RWHP less on Steve's dyno than a local shops dyno.
For those that can appreciate Steve's efforts he has just completed a 632" Monster Motor to replace this 542. It dynoed 1052.2 FWHP on an engine dyno two weeks ago without the rings fully seating so there's more power to be had
