Sick setup but please dont act like the 900+rwhp on a stock shortblock is going to last long as some 03-04 owners will have you believe. Its pretty well known that 600-650 rwhp is the safe limit with a few making around 700 or so for a little while. The stock pistons are the weak link and will not last long in this car. I would love a setup like that for my f-body but I guess the upcoming MP122 kit or a P1SC Procharger and 650rwhp will have to do.

i think the objective here is to prove their kit is capable for those who are interested and have the common sense to apply it correctly. And their car is pretty much a cradle for their test-engine....
any person with half a brain could figure out that your going to want to go with a built motor that will handle the power, and all other mods that would apply....fuel management, drive line strength, suspension, etc. essentially build-up the car to match the motor and apply as much of that power to the ground in the best possible way...yadda yadda....blah blah...
Or, it could be kinda like the guys who called Markos old white supra a dyno queen cause it looked stock... you can guess and assume all day long, but you never know till u see it.
it'll be interesting to see what it runs at the track.

Agreed. i dont go to the track really so a high trapping car is more ideal for me considering 99.9% of my races are on the freeway. I have raced from a light maybe twice and got caught once so I dont do it. Never know when Johny law is behind you in traffic.

nice... i also like how your sig states the highest point of your c5 is its mpg, lol. This guy is a hardcore ford dude. anyways... thats pretty impressive for a stock block. and even tho some say it wont last that long, its still pretty damn good for a stock block.

Better watch out for those highway rolls though I know if I come across a mean looking cobra I like to slow down and pretend I dont see him. Unless we hit a light I can launch on him with my converter and drag radials but when im around 60 they come blowing by me like im on the brakes
