And for the 1000th time, torque does not accelerate your car, hp does.
Torque through gearing moves your car. Your car accelerates exactly on your torque curve (multiplied by gearing). The more torque to the wheels you have, no matter the RPM, the harder the car will pull.
Now stop trolling around.

False! The more torque in higher rpm equates to more hp. And this is what accelerates your car.

LS1
L98
LT1

All have 5.7 liter and weigh nearly the same. But the LS1 is significantly faster due to its higher redline and more torque higher in the powerband.

Tx 2K8, who gives a ****. Its hard to run when your facing the sky. When a stock production block Lsx hits mid 6's at over 215, then you can come talk to me. And please dont show me an iron based platform, becuase those where not production.

Its just funny as hell becuase this is the only video you all have.
No one said it was an accomplishment nor was I comparing ****. Facing the sky? too bad, not anyones fault. Racing is racing and the 'mighty' Supra LOST. A stock production block LSx DID in fact go mid 6's @ over 200mph. It was an IRON LSx motor, you know the production block that the LQ9 and LQ4 use as a basis. Yea..thats PRODUCTION buddy.

The only video? Pull your head out of your stinky vagina buddy. There are MULTIPLE videos of all kinds of LSx and LTx cars walking Supras.

There are far more supras walking lsx's than vica versa. The fact that everyone reverts back to this one video proves my point.

Those where not production block btw!

Who gives a **** about a production block? A faster car is a faster car, especially once both cars have 1000s of dollars in them. Your comment about the LS1 weighing about the same as the LT1 and L98 is WAY off too. There ARE production 6.0 iron LSx blocks that can take big hp anyway, and I'm pretty sure that is what the guy in this particular vid was using. I can't remember its been so long since he first posted up that vid with particulars about his setup.

Why bring up torque then, if I cant compare production blocks? The fact is, a 3.0-3.4 liter car has run faster than any production block lsx. So I guess your point about torque is mute at this point.

Your about as smart as a bag hammers, Wheel to Wheel used a factory production iron block and went 6's at over 200mph. So go back to jerking off on the supra.

Got any links? One of the resident import lovers here has stated something very different from your answer.
