Harlan shift lights?

I placed an order with Harlan for two shifts lights and it has been almost 5
weeks, and still NO parts? I have emailed him three times from two different
address' and no reply from him as of yet. Does anybody know if this is normal and that i should wait it out or should I contact PayPal to get my money back?

Thanks guys for any response.

HE's posted a few times.. He says he has shipped septembers orders (haven't seen mine yet) and is working on other orderes... There was a thread in here a week or so ago, and a few threads in the forced induction forum where he is a mod

Dont worry they will get there, he has a full time job and a full time project, so he does these on the side, it may take a while, but it is totally worth it

Yeah took a friend of mine two months, I placed an order in september--still waiting. Its extremely poor business practices to not even drop people an email, but none the less you should get your product someday

I have to agree with this, they are well worth the wait and he jams them out as fast as possible, just think about how many orders he gets from just this site, combine them with camaroz28.com, ls1.com, and any other ls1 affiliated web sites, plus the above reasons, for one guy he gets them done fast
