I never mislead you.....thats laughable....

yes you did...its not a yank...
pay the guy his money back........
just because somebody said, hey there is a yank 3600 stall in that car that you just bought does not mean there is one...you should of checked before you sold it...that aint no yank.....i have had a few of them.

sorry you believed the guy you bought the car from, but that does not give you the right to screw someone just because that guy said its a yank & you want to sell it for a yank.

Default Bad Deal

I thought that Yank kept records of the who, what, where and when on their converters, for the warranty and restall options? Gonna buy mine from the manufacturer. And I will be checking it out as soon as it arrives.

Exactly! Per Yank....it looks to have a stock cover with pads welded for the bolt holes.

assuming we are a business is wrong.

2nd of all two months have gone by. You name one business that offers a refund after 2 months.

3rd of all I bought the converter with a car. We were told it was a yank as well.

Good day.

"If they have verified this converter is not a yank we can talk refund."

Those are YOUR words to the op. Well, it's been verified, where's his refund?

It doesn't matter what you were told, you advertised it and sold it as a yank, and it wasn't. Refund him.

any good business would if they mislead the buyer & sent something that was not as advertised.......and later found out about it...its your fault not the buyers.you wrote the for sale ad......

3rd of all I bought the converter with a car. We were told it was a yank as well.

hey i have a low mileage 2000 camaro with a fresh 427 with a stage 6 tranny & 9" for cheap.....sorry no reciepts or nothing you just have to take my word for it....you interested at $6500???? so you would list all of the above parts for sale by my word alone, with out verfication??????

Humm... not the first time I guess someone from Xplicit has had this problem.

http://www.westsidemustangs.com/foru...?topic=89444.0

If you not a member over there, same thing happened. Sold rockers as crane, which were not, plus didn't fit, and wouldn't refund money.
