Default Paging QUIK02SS!!! Ryan of Austin TX BEWARE

Purchased a hood from Ryan ? of Austin Texas earlier this year and never received it. I'm fairly certain he never intended to send the hood so BUYER BEWARE. If I don't hear from Ryan soon and get this resolved, I'm filing mail fraud charges.

If you know Ryan, if you could discuss this with him or beat him up side the head for me I would appreciate it.

Actually I did find some more information.

I payed 5/15/2003 via paypal (luckily) to:

Crystal Sabrsula
clazasabrsula@hotmail.com

I guess I will take appropriate action with paypal and file a claim with paypal if I don't hear from them soon.

I'm in contact with someone that knows where Ryan lives. But it doesn't do me any good when I'm in Oregon.

Good luck with that. I never got my springs from him either.
Let me guess, once you ask for your money back, your
emails stop getting answered?

Some TX locals seem to have dealt with him successfully,
but if you can't put your hands on the parts before paying,
you're taking a risk here.

By far the most drawn-out and bogus transaction I've
had in maybe 20 Internet parts buys and the only one
that never made it right.

I'm curious to see how this goes. He used to come out to some of the street racing meets, but haven't seen him in months.

Ryan was talking about parting his car out and getting a bmw for his g/f. I take it thats what happened cause theres a white "ss" at austin bmw in the used car lot. Chances are the car is gone, and so is he. If i see him again i'll talk to him for you.

whatever.....i'm right here you idiot. like i told you over 1000 times i dropped the hood off in houston at the place you setup.... now if you got it or didnt get it i dont know. When i dropped it off it was in a stock hood box and i was told that is all I had to do. i never got any emails from anyone about anything. my email address has not changed in the last 4 years. I sold the car awhile, that is why i am not out and about anymore. I am sorry that the shipping place you setup did not work out for you. maybe next time you will research the shipping agent you use before you ship something like this. and for the guy with the springs..... who are you and what did you ever buy form me. nothing....... i never sold any springs off my car they went with the car.

You sold me a set of Hotchkiss springs which I never received. At the
beginning you wanted me to send some money to you and some to one
Evan Granovsky. I sent all of the money to you, got several rounds of
bogus mis-shipment stories (like how I refused shipments, false, and
then supposedly they went to one Todd Bargus instead, whose address
was an apparently vacant lot on McFadden Road). I ended up buying
springs retail.

If this isn't jogging your memory I still have a nice collection of the emails.
I would be pleased if you decided to send me my merchandise or my money
as I requested long ago and multiple times.

This is interesting! I called and got a quote and reference number for you to give them to set up the shipping. That way I could pay for the shipping. BUT, apparently you never gave it to them because I didn't receive a tracking number that I requested. On top of that, email returns quit coming. I even tried the paypal email address of your wife or g/f and that didn't return a response.

I got ripped. If you want to come clean, then refund the $.

I even talked to a member of this board that lived in the same apartment complex as you and he sayed you're a flake according to the locals. So I just gave up.
