So the transmission started to slip and he has no idea if the converter has any trash in it.

Loosews6 tried to buy the converter from the party on craiglist, then sell it on tech as his own before he even had it in his possession. I contacted the person on c-list and he said the converter needs a rebuild before its ran again because condition unknown like you stated above it may have trash in it. Loosews6 lists the converter as slightly used for a month and still under warrenty from Yank. In reality he was trying to make a dollar on a used part he had no idea what condition it was in etc etc.

Default he's still at it

I wish I would've seen this thread before I sent him money for a pair of QA1 front single adjustable shocks, as I definitely wouldn't have bought from him. I did search his username like I do everyone else I do business with here, but I only searched by username and not keyword, which is how I found this thread. Lesson learned: do a better search before buying.

I'm posting here now because I want everyone to know that he's still at it. The QA1s he sold me are junk, and there's no way in hell he didn't know that beforehand. One was leaking hydraulic fluid from underneath the adjustment ****, BOTH were missing internal parts to the adjusting mechanisms; the one that leaked fluid had a small ball of string inside of it instead of a plunger assembly.

What's even more damning is that he never even came in here to dispute the shady activity with the torque converter, AND he deletes all the threads he creates that end up shining a bad light on him. I think it's past time we flush this guy.

You mean this thread?

https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...nt-shocks.html

Here's an active thread.

Or these others that have been deleted in the past "because he can"

https://ls1tech.com/forums/parts-cla...low-meter.html

Here's a thread where he apparently sells the same PHB twice...

Oh, and here's where he asks for advice about the shocks that he said he never installed

https://ls1tech.com/forums/suspensio...-hell-now.html

Anyways OP, good luck. I've restored and locked the threads so they'll stay visible. Maybe get with the others that waited a month of Sunday's for tracking info.

Hallelujah brother! Yeah, I went right for that thread when he tried to blow smoke up my hindparts and tell me he never installed the shocks; to my amazement, it was still showing. For some reason, the guy actually didn't seem to believe me when I said threads are archived and can be retrieved even if he deleted them; either that or he didn't care. Do you mind if I put his name on the list stickied by Pro Stock John, or do you think that's overkill?

Who does "your" Paypal account belong to again? I wonder why that is?.....

I've got news for you: just because a seller doesn't leave feedback or doesn't leave negative feedback, doesn't mean they're not unhappy with you.

Why is it now all of the sudden you've magically found all this extra time to talk on here, when you didn't have the time to communicate with buyers and ship the goods they paid for before in a timely manner? Oh the irony continues.....

Why is it now that you're so defensive about this? I mean, you're like a super-duper-ultra-mega-uber power seller on ebay, so getting banned from ls1tech wouldn't be the end of the world; that is what you said, right?

Final question: Is anything I've posted about you here and in your trader feedback untrue? It's a rhetorical question really because we both know that none of it is untrue. The bottom line is, even if this was "just me" or "just one guy unhappy", you need to

Don't let the door hit you in the @$$ on the way out.....

If you knew what was good for you, you would just leave. Instead, you keep posting here, which continues to make you look worse and also keeps this thread with your name on it right at the top of the negative feedback forum. That's absolutely fine by me.

Why should I have to ask you for a refund on parts you never should've listed for sale?.....parts you knew were junk. That, or your listing should've read something like this: "For sale: 2 QA1 12 way single adjustable shocks part number GS502. One shock leaks hydraulic fluid from underneath the adjustment ****. Both shock's adjustment mechanisms are non-functional, both shocks need rebuilt." Then again, if you disclosed that, you might have been really lucky to get $50 for those shocks if you were able to sell them at all.

You see son, when you don't disclose what I just said above, you imply that what you're selling are operational, intact, working parts. Some people might call that non-disclosure lying. You son, are a liar, and no refund or amount of money is going to buy your way out of that fact.
You've had ample opportunities to do the right things here from the get-go and you haven't, so what's supposed to make me think you're going to stop lying and do the right things now? Your moral compass is so out of whack, I'm shocked you find your way out of the house.

Therefore, that's why I haven't asked for a refund. As I've made amply clear here and in my feedback to you, a refund doesn't take into account or fix the fact that you knowingly sold me junk parts and it's not the first time you've pulled a stunt like that here. That, and it's a moral certainty that you would just turn around and try to resell that garbage, and I don't want this happening to anyone else. Right now, I'm willing to eat what I've lost in this transaction to ensure that no one else has to suffer: incoherent for sale posts, poor communication, slug-slow shipping, junk parts, and ****-poor bullsh!t excuses from a lying dirt bag like you. There's way too many really good buyers/sellers that don't want your kind around here, so do us all a favor and just before you end up banned.

THAT'S THE DEAL

It took over 3 weeks to get the phb he claimed had like 500 miles on it (IIRC). The grease zerks were MIA and the entire time I waited on it he was a complete dick cussing me..... and when I asked him about the grease fittings, no apology, just "get some at tractor supply"
