Had wtb ad catback, was sent this email:

Hey how is it going, this is busey131 off ls1tech, you requested info on the cat back for sale.
It is rust free, near perfect shape.

it showed up not even close to perfect shape worst welds I ever seen. Tip gouged damaged and crushed on bottom.

I know this is not brand new but NEAR NEW and he said he would polish tips before shipping. he said he did not even notice dented gouged tips when polishing.
I opened the box and was shocked near new condition was near closer to junk than new. welds look like 2 year old did them. I was told you must tig weld and your too picky, the welds held for 2 years and they are under the car.


We cannot resolve this with respect so I have no choice to post this. All I wanted was 50 (agreed to 35) to fix all the issues and was offer 20 25 35 20 now 0. shipping cost was $100 back and forth loser option. exhaust was 150 yea good deal on near perfect, but he said wanted it gone out of storage.
asked for 50 for resolve it he offer 20 (35 back to 20 then zero for harrasser)

All I wanted was what I paid for NOT someones junk,

If busey131 wants to settle this as I requested I will remove it

 

Offered you multiple offers to resolve the issue and you were being completely unreasonable. Even offered you a full refund. I have offered more then enough to try and resolve this but nothing satisfies you.

And when we spoke on the phone before you purchased I explained that there were some scrapes as it was a used cat back system, you were fine with that then. But every time we speak you constantly want more and more. I offered $20 for the tip being gouged as I did not realized the very end was scraped. I then offered a full refund if he were to return ship the cat back to me. The welds were leak free and solid welds done by and exhaust shop. Also complained about three tack welds on the muffler inlet and outlets. Also complained about a hooker 3" cutout being installed when in the pictures I sent you can clearly see everything on the exhaust, ad stated as well. I have tried to resolve the issues but buyer has been completely unreasonable with what he wants and wants something for free. I sold him the exhaust for $100 + shipping, $40 less then what the original asking price was.

 

BUSEY131 A TURD IS A TURD NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU POLISH IT.

You mislead me calling this exhaust "NO RUST NEAR PERFECT" I trusted you and your feedback..... minor issues ok, but every part has major issues. hell you left 3" inch welding rod sticking out of one joint.

 

Do you want to man up make this right or keep BS-ing around the Facts

$100-1000 for a exhaust doesn't matter I bought based on your words "no rust near perfect"
this is not what i received and I was willing to FIX it for reasonable amount. bad welds on $1000 exhaust cost same to fix as $100 exhaust.
$50 and end all this is fair.... you don't need to profit from misleading me, why did you offer $20 if you were not in the wrong, I bet a new or good used matching tips shipping would be more than 20.

I am not posting this to ruin your feedback, just want a fair resolution.

shipping it back to save half my money and trust is gone to even get paid back.

I never asked for more than $50 went to 35 to fix the " NEAR PERFECT CAT BACK" so don't say asking for more money, just so many issues and you seem need justification to settle this. the real pics show **** poor condition, why did you send me a pic 10' away of it during sale in the grass? from 10' away it looks ok and the email "near perfect" burned me, this exhaust is like a 10 footer like a 20 footer paint job.
its not just the money its taking responsibility manning up.

 

I texted you asking to settle this and got the big ZERO today.
When Gary busey131 sent me the wrong part I had no problem taking my time resending it for a what I though was a honest ls1tech seller. How about my gas and time to reship your mistake? 1 hour wasted of my time is worth zero and saved you rearend with the other buyer, yes he sent my stuff to wrong buyer. After week delay and he called about the f-up I never got pissed like the other buyer said no problem as long receive cat back soon I have to install on a car. I was nice about the whole deal till opened the box POS!

 

File a paypal claim.

Mental note to never do business with Busey.

Always ask for pics.

 

 

What sucks.. He could have sold that to someone for 100$ and still told the truth about the condition.

 

mr. Gary BUSEY131 There is a simular cat back for $150 F.S. in classifieds and they clearly posted pics and condition.
I went against my own rules when YOU clearly stated " no rust, near perfect" and all positive feedback. YOU were shocked it was cut over axle it should came in one section, I dont get it you shipped it.
Well looks like your feedback is getting a BLACK EYE if you feel this is the way to do bussiness and won't resolve this, So you call me the scammer hmmmmm

 

Sadly, there seems to be quite a bit of this going around on this board lately. People who lack the integrity to accurately represent the parts they sell should be flushed from here with a quickness.

 

I just square up mr gary busey 131. I spent 4 hours today fixing you mess so i can move on, now pay up, $12@hour is joke just man up
