so basically to get anything done with them, you have to bitch and scream about how shitty they are....that's not a good way to do business
i'm not saying that's the case here, and i'm glad that the issue was finally resolved, but it's still kinda "iffy" to me....i'll stick with the people that i know i can trust.....and in this day & age, an internet retailer will only make it if they do just that, provide service that will make people trust them

Funny thing is, I've been trying to contact them since the 9th of July with no success. I sent numerous phone messages and e-mails and still no reply. But the first time I mention reporting them to Charlie Crist, Florida's Attorney General, I get a response within 15 minutes (HINT HINT).
