James was arrested on 10-17-05 on three felony counts of theft by deception, he posted bond on 10-19-05 and case was set for June 12th of 2006. Unable to find results of that hearing.

This was a sticky and should remain one, as James as far as I know is out on bail,and most likely won't get much time as law enforcement usually drops the ball on these things.I took a course in criminal psychology and there are three types of criminals who cannot be rehabilitated, pedophiles, burglars and con-men.
