Turns out Mr. Roth is not worth trying to be reasonable with. After he stated he would do the right thing and get our refunds coming to us, he up and decides suddenly that the only way he will help is if the post about him are deleted - presumably so he can continue with his scams.

I then explained to him that the only way I would retract any statement I have made, would be if he could prove to me he didn't have anything to do with this scam. He then told me that he made his final offer - take it or leave it...

Good luck guys. I got taken by a guy for over 4 large. Bought (well, payed for anyway) a built 3rd gen, then I spent the next few weeks going through what you're going through now. He's moving, then his daughter was attacked, then one day the phone number I had with him expired. Local cops in my town were a waste of time, and I never got with the FBI because the towers were hit a few days later, and it was off to Afghanistan with me. :scammed: I say pound this guy into the ground.

He jipped me out of 150 bucks and I finally got in contact with him and he told me to send him a scanned copy of the MO reciept so he can fix it, but it took me a couple weeks to get the copy because I was movin into college and what not and now I cant get a hold o him...does he still have the name peweterss84?

He claimed to be moving to LA a few times, but word around Albany is that he is heading for NYC. I think it's all bull ****. Scumbags like this will surface again. He is probably just setting up a new alias so he can continue with his nickle-and-dime scams. All this **** is going to catch up with him one day in a really big way. If he's lucky, he'll just end up as bitch meat in prison.

I dealt with Stacey Richardson a while back. He advertised a used spohn driveshaft that turned out to be a junk stocker spray painted black. I had actually waited for a few weeks to get the shaft only to change plans with the car and wound up not opening the package. I then sold it on either this board or ebay (don't remember) without opening up the package which was a dumb move. I actually refunded the guy who bought the shaft from me and was able to get my money back from Stacey richardson. While i did get my money back i would be very hesitant to do business with this guy.

I am in $800, I bought from him off of ls1.com, a Moser 12 bolt w/ 3.73 gears. I sent him $500 then another $300, I have his cell phone number that he never answers and I hav he Flint address which is an old Taxi cab business and the Lilly Pond address that he claims is his parents house. I am contactedthe authorities and no respoonse back, i wonder if he has friends there. He told me his names was James Don. No word in over a week after I have left over 30 messages on his cell. I hope he gets what he deserves and his name was SunsetSLPZ28 from ls1.com, what can we do??
