Yes, James started selling Ford parts, turned out the parts he was selling were taken off of his ex-room-mates car, and he has filed charges against James.He received this e-mail form law enforcement "Hello Chris,

Bought an SS spoiler off his. Cama a little chipped. Was going to be part of a package. 350 sent COD for the spoiler. Few minor chips here and there. Then the SS hood was supposed to be shipped next. Thankfully did not send that because he disappeared.

You might get in touch with the law enforcement officer listed above, I tracked the arsehoole down, as I personally had no dealings with the jerk, but I hate theives and get great satisfaction in making their lives miserable.

i won my civil lawsuit against james... for 1700.00 ---- he has no money to pay----- --suprise--- felony charges filed --james arrested -bailed out of jail-- court case pending i will be there... unbelievable.. will let ya'll know how case turns out.. lt mitchum has been awsome! ! !

A quick check with Georgia Dept of Corrections , parole board, and the Dougherty county jail indicate our boy has thus far escaped penalty.Was unable to access the Dougherty county criminal court docket, although a link does exist but for today isnt working.
