Once again, Do not do business with MooleyZ28 AKA John Melamed Well I'm having fun with this guy now. I bought a Hooker off road y - pipe from him... First it took two weeks to ship... No biggy, I can live with that. Then I get it yesterday, and its literally a peice of crap. The one end has been cut off, and the other side where the slip pipe goes is fine, but he didn't give me the slip pipe. It was obviously all rusted, because its been spray painted with grey primer. I heard back from him today, heres what he wrote.
So what should I do?
i am at college... i didnt try and rip anyone off. I sold it for a friend and
he says it is sold as is. Sorry to hear this, I can try and talk some sense
into him. Ill get back to you around laborday cuz i wont beable to access any

Well heres the latest correspondence from this clown. This is his response to me saying that I want a refund or I will ruin his name in sales on the board
Now what should I do? I think he did do something wrong, and I'm out the money. Anyone else agree?
Go ahead and ruin it. I sold a part I thought was fine for a friend. I sold you the part as is for a friend. I paid around 100 dollars to ship it out of the total 120 u sent my paypal account. so there for I will only pay you the 20 dollar difference and you can return my y pipe... Sorry but dont start saying your going to ruin my name on here. I did nothing wrong. Sorry and have a great day!

He shipped it to me in a 27" tv box. Smart eh...
So far I haven't heard back from him. I'm really fed up with this, I wanted to put on my headers this weekend, but so much for that.
