Default Be Aware Of Ls1powerhouse!!!

This guy sold me a H/C package and it did not match the description at all. He has not responded to my pm's and has not given me any money back like he said he would. The heads had mixed matched valves and the deck was destroyed from a nitrous explosion in one of the cylinders. He said they were flow tested to flow 310 cfm at .550 lift and they did not even flow 300 cfm at .600 lift!!. The valves were ground to thin and needed all new valves. I am just trying to get 500 dollars back as I paid him 1500 for heads cam and pushrods. He will not respond to my pms and I see that he has money as he is trying to buy things here at ls1tech.

man, the heads were in perfect working order when i sold them to you.
they were'nt mixed matched valves either. they had ONE valve replaced. and it was a Manley valve, just a newer model. same brand, same performance.
the heads worked great on numerous 10.20 passes.... they didnt miss a beat.

But, it was your decision to take them to a machine shop to have them checked out... the heads were just fine. of course he bent you over and took advantage of you. thats what all machine shops do. but that was your decision. now you are telling me that the heads, cam, lifters, pushrods, lifter trays was only worth $1000...

I really do hate that you are not happy with them, but they worked just fine when i sold them to you.

And as for MY money. that is none of your business what i do with it. our transaction is over with.

Hell, the rest of the parts are worth $400-$500 dollars. so if you want $500 back, you are a flamin' idiot to think that the heads are only worth $500.
Sure wish i would run across CNC ported, dual springs,2.02 1.57 valved heads for $500....

the valves are not 2.02 they were 2.00 and they flowed not even 300 cfm at .600 you stated they flow 310 at .550!! that is bullshit. you owe me some money for false advertising. I will be happy with 200 dollars back if you think 500 is too much no matter what you owe me some money. What do you think is fair?

also the deck was destroyed by a nitrous explosion so they needed to be milled just to work right. the springs are not dual springs, but single. the only reason they went 10.2 was because you sprayed the **** out of them. Now how much do you think is fair? I need something back obviously for the three things above that were misadvertised. I will take whatever you think is fair, but I need something. You cannot sell heads and lie about three major things.

If the deck was destroyed, milling them wouldnt fix it, it sounds like they just show some marks on the bottom of the heads? Unless theres any hot spots youll see no problem from that...

If it has a quality replacement valve theres nothing to worry about there as well..

If they are 2.00 valves and not 2.02..well then i have to agree with you on that part...

I guess there were just some deep pits in the deck and milling took care of that. the valves were too thin I guess so they needed to be replaced or that is just what joe jill at superior automotive said. and yes the valves were smaller than he stated. Most important they were advertised to flow 310 cfm@.550 and they did not even flow 300 @ .600. that to me is the biggest thing that upset me. Anyway he is sending me 150 dollars back which I guess is better than nothing at all.
