Nick Root aka Ls1powerhouse a Ripoff!! (Oklahoma) Two weeks after "cashing" payment at paypal no word, no response to email, threads etc for two 02 sensors. I know for a fact he hasnt shipped anything. Busy? maybe but now busy enough to cash my money. I want a refund. Filing a claim now. later.

Add me to the list of ripped off people. I have had nothing but empty promises from Nick Root as well. He promises that he is:
" Boxing stuff up now"
"Sending parts out tonight"
" Sorry, I've had some problems"
And now....when you try and send him a PM, his mailbox is full and won't accept any messages.
If there is anything ya'll can do about this I would appreciaty it. I have filed a complaint thru Paypal and he has only four more days until his account is debited for the parts I paid for.
I am also looking into filing a criminal mail fraud complaint with federal authorities. Worst part is, I bought the parts from him and expected delivery within a week or so. Now I'm out the money and will not have what I paid for until the TR shootout is right around the corner.
Let me know what you come up wih please.

this is LS1POWERHOUSE. my computer crashed like a week ago. i am barrowing a friends right now. i am very very sorry about everything.
everyone's address is on my paypal and pm's. i can now get them. kev, i will send them tomorrow. and riddler same for you. and there are a couple of other people that i have to send some stuff too. once again, i am sorry. but everyone will be getting thier stuff this week. thanks,nick.

You got everyone's money TWO WEEKS AGO, and your computer went down ONE WEEK AGO.......Hmmmmmmmm.
Well, I am waiting to hear from you again. Hopefully it will be in the form of either a tracking number (legit) or by my PAID FOR items arriving shortly.
If not, this is just another BS excuse. I am all about being patient but this seems to be a repeditive problem for you and I, as well as others on here I'm sure, are tired of this. I hope the moderators are watching.

Hey LS1POWERHOUSE my computer crashed too, as a matter of fact it crashed two weeks ago and i am still trying to reformat it RIGHT now. I was still able to get to a computer, like right now, and check up on my side of the deal. As a matter of fact i paid you through someone elses computer. So if you would refund my money i will get off your back. I just dont think a crashed pc is an excuse.

Just a bump to keep everyone aware of this guy. Promises made again on Sunday (see post)....Today is Tuesday, still no response to PM's or requests for tracking numbers.

he said he was going to send out my SS badges a couple weeks ago. I sent payment via paypal and was cashed soon after. I still have not seen anything yet. WTF??????

1/2 of parts finally showed up..2 1/2 weeks I left a message, but of course....he did not return my call.

Fed -ex guy showed up this morning (10-21-2004) I now have HALF the stuff I paid for. What happened to the slick tube(s.) (1) good one, (1) that needed fixing. Where is the valley cover?
Paypal concluded the complaint and refunded my payment to you. I guess as soon as you CALL me and return the message I left you we can work out the details on me paying you for what I did get.

Nick, maybe it's obvious but Kev is a police officer. He's being pretty gracious about this but I think if you don't get back to him in the next day or so you will be getting a visit from local law enforcement. Don't let it go that far otherwise you will have paperwork on you.

I'm still waiting on my cam but it seems you guys have alot more missing than I do, I just want to make sure that i get it and if I don't...well then I need to know if officer KEV will help me out if I come out there to press charges or something!! I'm not trying to be a ***** but damn, If you werent ready to ship just say you arent ready and that'll make thing much less complicating for everyone!!!

you guys will get your parts just chill out this is trevor his best friend! i will tell nick to ship the parts out. but will you tell me what he needs to ship you because his computer is still missed up so stop your bitchin! i know it sucks not to get your parts that you paid for i had to wait like 2 months to get my slp headers that i bought from a guy on this web site
