Need advise on E-Bay purchase... I know this might get deleted, but I want to know if I am overreacting.

Paid him right away and asked him to give me a ship date or tracking # if he had one as soon as they went out. Well, no e-mail after a week. Week two I e-mailed and ask for tracking #. Day later, mails back and said he would get me one that same day....nothing. Week three, mailed him again and I have not heard back from him. His rating is not that bad and several members did say he is slow to ship. So should I give him another week (one month) before contacting my bank, Pay-Pal and E-Bay?

Maybe send him another Email stating that if he doesn't get his @ss in gear, you will report him to Ebay/PayPal as a scam.
Maybe that will get his attention. IMO, 3 weeks is way too long to be waiting for parts to ship. As said before, if your not ready to ship your not ready to sell.

PayPal offers some security and piece of mind, but it is not fully securing. There are some issues that they can handle, but don't. PayPal customer service is not the greatest. I agree with the above post. Contact him and let him know you're growing impatient and will take all necessary steps to take action if he doesn't follow through.
You have 30 days from the day of purchase to make a claim through PayPal. You can make a claim after 30 days through e-Bay. Like Zick suggested, give him an ultimatum e-mail and then proceed with the claims. His feed back is 100% wich tells me he will most likely take care of you if he is aware you mean business. If you used your credit card to pay through pay-pal, you should be covered for the whole amount. I would just make a claim through them and forget the other two. Good luck!

Thank's guy's....and yeah, I did use a CC. Pay-Pal promted me to use my debit card for faster payment...haha..yeah right. 
Gonna give him till this weekend then I'm calling my bank. He could at least get back to me. All it would take is one e-mail saying he is working on it or whatever...

Well, I've mailed the guy 2 more times. I was very nice in both e-mail's and asked him to kindly get back to me. All I want is a ship date so I'll know when to expect my tires. And NOTHING!...he has not replied. I don't understand why people do this. His E-Bay rating is good, but it's about to go to ****....

Well, I went ahead and reported the guy to Pay-Pal. I'm also reporting his *** to E-Bay since he's still got a bunch of stuff for sale on E-Bay and people are bidding. I only did this after calling him on the phone and his answering machine came on. I left him a very nice, polite message for him to give me a call back...nothing. Maybe once he get's e-mail's from Pay-Pal and E-bay, he will get off his *** and reply. Let this be a warning to all of you who buy from E-Bay. Just because the guy has 100% feed back does not mean he's not a crook. Oh well, maybe someone in his family got ill or is in the hospital and that's why he turned into a crook

Well what do you know. I mailed Pay-Pal, they mailed this guy and right away, I get tracking numbers from Fed-Ex. He claimed he started a new job and was not able to get away to ship my tires. He shipped them out this past Friday, 3 Week's after my purchase. Fed-Ex say's they should be here Friday so I'm going to wait for them to arrive before I cancel my claim with Pay-Pal.

If you get the tires and they are as advertised, I would still at the very least leave him a "neutral" feedback just for the time it took to ship. People that may purchase from him in the future would want to know about your experience with this seller, and hell I know I would.
