had phone contact with him a week after he was paid,(money order) he said hed ship it but nothing.
I also had contact with his freind on here who contacted him, and aparently nothing has come of it.
Anyone know the guy? or live near him?

hey dane if you dont have me a shipping # by monday the police are going to be notified and a small claims will be filed.i paid you and never did **** to you so whats the deal just ship the exhaust so we dont have to go threw all the paper work with the police.

well it seems no one cares about ****** ripping people off so i will contact the police,if that dont work i will drive there and have a little chat with our friend dane.this is bullshit that someone would rip some one off on here for 300 and nothing is done!I am very F....... pissed now!!!
Ive talked with couple of his freinds. And they are talking to him. Not sure if its going to help. but I contaced the police. they are supposed to get back to me. hopefully this year. but crime wise Im not sure they will do anything. Small Claims court however I think we can get the $300 plus anything it cost to collect it and drive down there and have a weeks vacation. gas money, hotel, traveling expence... This could be a good thing?
If anyones wondering why Both Agt. Orange and I are concerned about this. The stuff is for his car, Im just the one who found it and and made the deal with Dane.

i got the exhaust in the mail today thanks to Tim 98z(thanks tim).As for Dane(Juiced346) i dont want to see anything forsale by you again you are a jackass,I feel sorry for your friend Tim that had to send the exhaust for you cause your a lazy POS!!OH ya Tim keep me informed if Dane pays you for shipping the exhaust for him i would like to know if he does.If he doesnt the **** will start again,Dane needs to be put in his place and i would love to be the one to do it.We talked to some kids in his town that are not to fond of him and they seemed pissed at what he was doing to us so i can only hope ,what comes around goes around.
