Not looking good with Crazyplaya182

Ordered a nitrous pressure gauge from him over two weeks ago. Told me to call him when I sent the paypal, my girlfriend sent the paypal payment, and thought it was a done deal. He told me it would be about $10 to ship 3-day( I just sent a nitrous bottle for under $10), but I said that was fine because I need the gauge RIGHT NOW(It's holding up me finishing up my gauge pod setup). I've sent several private messages to him, and I see he logs on pretty much everyday.
Now I'm wondering if I'm ripped off, and if my girlfriend just lost her money she used to get one of my Christmas presents with. What can I do to help the situation any? Thanks

It's Friday...when we talked last Friday, he said he would 3 day it out that Monday. Still haven't received anything or heard anything from him.

Called his phone again. A girl answered the phone being short and rude......told me he was "unable" to take the call at the moment. Gave him my number.

What can I do to get things going? How can I find out some info on this guy, since I went through paypal? Mods.....please respond and tell me which way I need to take this. Thanks
