Now he reads my pms but does not return them even though I asked . I gave him till Monaday (yesterday) to do something before I filed with paypal . So today I did file a cliam with paypal to get my money back after seeing he read my messages but did not write back .I would not know I was the only person with a problem if I had not looked at the sale thread .

As much as I do not like to post this and had warned sammyb I guess it is apparent he really does not care . If there is anyone else out there that has a dispute with sammyb feel free to chime in .
Also adminastrators can check this out or maybe you can write the dude a pm to get his attention as my pms do not seem to do the trick . I would greatly appreciate it .

I filed a dispute with PayPal last night and woke up to an email today from PayPal saying there was a $150 eCheck coming my way.
I feel no sympathy for this guy. There is absolutely no reason why he should have issues at least PMing or emailing someone to explain what the problem is.

Keep filing with Paypal and if that is not resolved, file a claim with the local police dept in his area with an internet fraud case.

Where in the **** do you get off geting a ******* attitude with me! I have been more then patient with you and your problems. If you don't have the time to sell then don't sell you should have thought of that before you started. If you wanted some more time not a problem all you have to do is ask not just assume I am going to think somebody with zero feedback is not trying to screw me over. When people pay you there hard earned money they expect at least a half way decent turnaround. Not sporatic PM's and lies about refunds or ship dates. It took us to file claims before you did something right. You had no problem taking and spending our money immedialtely. Now I have to wait for you e-check to clear. Wow what a guy.
What parts. You shipped out 1 persons stuff dumbass. You really didnt expect all of us to get together and find you out? Do us all a favor puke and stay off this site. You have now made me skepticle on buying anything on here again. This site has been good to me and a lot of my car has been built off of here. What reason did you stop for. You screw people in the past and your upset they got mad at you. You are worthless.
Just ONE ******* PM would have been nice. That's all I wanted... one PM within a week to tell me that the shipping was going to be delayed for a bit but you were making every attempt possible. I would have been satisfied with that. Instead, it has come down to this.
What is your excuse for this anyway? You clearly read my PMs the day I sent them.. how difficult is it to hit that reply button and let me know what's going on?
Also if you are going to take so long shipping something you might want to let the good honest folks that have sent you their hard earned money know that it is going to be a few weeks to begin with . Maybe then there would not be so much confusion .

The only nagging question: "secretary"? Sometimes its worth looking at their profile and read what they have posted. If its all for sale stuff and a few "yea, not contributing to anything in particular" that should set off bells its a non-sponsor and potential trouble. Unfortunately.
Just make sure to file any claims within 45 days if you used paypal or the claim will be denied.
So I would like to thank Sam for getting those out to me . Also , I would like to thank the ls1tech member feedback section and Gearhed for any and all help in resolving this matter .
