I have purchased and sold items on this forum for over a year. I never had any problem like this. You guys have the right to know how I was treated so you can expect the same if you were ever to do business with Mike. Weather he is your friend, or you just enjoy thrashing on the forum, let this be a lesson learned. To each his own ...

It's possible the new owner could have blown it with improper install..
FWIW: I have seen one blow running in a box that was considerably less than recommended airspace (like just barely bigger than the sub itself) and 800 watts rms here locally.. they are strong subs, but under less than ideal conditions (to say the least), it's possible they could let go at normal wattage levels.
Just thought I'd throw that in here.
