Scammer Alert!!! MONEY REFUNDED
I talked to Gummi today & purchased a N2O bottle from him, seems to me there was a mix up between you guys & then you jumped the gun on filing a dispute. Well, did you think that if you file a dispute that maybe it could lock his account? Have you tried calling him to make some sort of alternate arrangement? Sounds to me like you are getting pretty pissy with him making him even less interested in trying to work with you since you are getting all up in arms.
I don't know the guy, but from the sound of it you guys both jumped the gun on this deal without getting shipping quotes, you can't expect someone to pay that much shipping taking that big a loss, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.......he's a young guy so he probably hasn't shipped many packages & didn't think it would cost that much. Either way, mistakes were made by both parties from the looks of it, he said he was willing to send you the money back but is unable to due to his or your account being lock or something.....I suggest you guys try to be civil & work it out.

His account is locked because the buyer disputed it. What do you want him to do, he has and had no intentions of ripping anybody off, you jumped the gun and now your money is locked up in his paypal account, what do you want him to do.

Seller: You had a girlfriend state she opened an account for you. I suggest she do it again so you can refund the money to the buyer. Buyer had every right to dispute the transaction.
Buyer needs to contact PayPal to see if there is a refund or deposit to their account pending. It will show that much if "J. Betts" actually has tried to refund the money for a part he decided not to sell.

Basiclly this dumbass tried to buy exhaust from me, but he said he "sent" me the money, but i changed my mind not to sell it, then i told him when i get money i'll send it back. Ok when the money got to my paypal account he disputed the ****. Ok then i tried to send the money back to him and my paypal account is locked up, i cant send money or recieve it cause he diputed the ****. So whatever i'm trying to be cool with the dude but i'm about to say **** it if u get the money u get if u dont fine **** it.
