you dont seem to understand how the military works, you cant just call up the CO and say "hey..." there are certain proceedures that must be taken , and the only one that can do it is the person it happened to, and there not gonna just take your word for it. the first thing they will do is have you get in contact with the service member ( yes i know you've already tried that). then if that dont work they will " counsel " the service member and tell him to pay it( if he acknowleges(sp?) the debt) if he denise it then it word against word until there is proof.( the mssge board is not proof) it needs to be solid proof like a canceld check or bank statment. then after its proven they will give him so much time befor "making" him pay it. as a service member myself, if you email or call BYBY and just say your gonna contact his chain of command it will scare him enuff to pay, i allmost garuntee it......now for my soap box

Slow, did you ever get your stuff, i didnt read an acknowlegment that you did. a few other folk have posted that they had a problem as well that was cleared up, then why posy here that he/she ripped you off if in fact you have all of your parts/money...obviously pekas(sp,sorry) has the means to contact as his post indicate and is up to him to follow through, as i read (correct me if im wrong) this was over a year ago and was wriiten off as a lost and now surfaces again, not that im defending or anything, but why the long wait...this guy did somthing wrong, but so did/do others and i dont see them getting banned/ stomped on by stick post that just allow trols in to start the fire once a month....obviously you banned him and no more usefullnes can come from this thread, the contact info is out there for the originator to use. the site admin did there job and got rid of the problem, why dont you guys move on. post his name on a bad seller list and call it a day( not like he will ever be here again) im sure this is getting old to look at for a few members anyway, try email/calling him with the threat of the chain of command contact, even tell him what kinda job he does so he knows your not bluffing and i bet you get a result....sorry for the soap box, its early an i was board and tired of looking at the post,
