Unfortunately for Pekka it looks like there may be nothing else we can do to try to get you your money. I called several times and several times I was told that he was ordered to pay you back. I forwarded all the information to his chain of command and they took care of business. If he is in fact out of the Navy, then the Navy is better off. Being a Navy man myself, seeing the way one person acts annoys the hell out of me. I used to work with this fool a few years ago and did not think he was such a sorry loser.
Anyway, Pekka, I apologize I was unable to get you your money back. Just know that you are the better person. Take care.

and getting beat by stock Fox Body Stangs on spray.......... He still cruises around and wont speak to me because he knows im pissed at him too...... i got kicked out of our house because of him and we went to court and the landlord told the judge he liked me and hated kevin.... he didnt even show up... and everything went on him. I heard he got kicked out too....... so sad...... the person i feel bad for is his 2 yr old kid...............

can the law or navy not step in? Other scammer see these threads and think they can get away w/ it!
Because of people like this internet sells are dying, Hell Im scared to send anything and am missing out on tons of great deals because of trash like this.

Im surprised no one has brought up small claims? Is this a viable option? People that screw others over for little amounts of money need punished!! I had a friend lose 150 on some gears..but just took the hit since he thought he had no options in getting it back. It would be nice to see someone pay up! Good Luck.

There is a reason that has not been done yet but I do not wish to point it in public to potential scammers.
Lot of work has been done back stage by PSJ and members or this board and I am grateful to them. Also bad seller list togehter with member feedback section are good steps forward in order to minimize the risk for these incidents. Play around here and you will be fried.
