Man if your car is stock you dont have an LS1, it's an LT1. If you have swapped it to an LS1 I assume your question would have been somewhat more detailed and likely posted in the forced induction section. You can find all the help you need on this site for LT1s and all the LT1 performance you need on the right. You should check out the Forced Induction section.

Read some stickies since your new. We all did it.

Has anyone else noticed that all of the newer members coming in always title the thread or end the thread with "PLEASE HELP" "HELP NEEDED" "QUICK, NEED HELP"

...or about 50 other variations of that phrase

Anyways, I cant jack up your thread without trying to help
so the answer is NO, it wont work.

Ok everyone take it easy he is a newbie, first you arnt even in the right section. Thats what forced induction section is for...next try a search be4 you post up asking. Then if that fails start a thread. Next to answer your question, that kit will not work. And you are gonna need a lot to do a TT setup...try looking a the Truck manifold thread of the Forced Induction page...that should give you some ideas...good luck
