Momma Needs Help!
, and due to our not having cleaned out the garage - his car has sadly been banished to the unprotected driveway. Therefore, it will be hibernating through the winter in the open air and elements.I do feel his pain, and would like to get him one hum dinger of a cover - soft, warm, cozy and non-scratchy on the inside, and stainless steel on the outside
He (we've), but really he, has a 99 camaro z28 (and it sure is pretty) and I'd like to help him keep it that way. I keep coming back to the Weathershield HD/HP Series by Covercraft. I just want to make sure I'm not missing some uber-secret even better cover only known to people "in the know" (which I'm obviously not)
So, can ya help me? And honey, if you by chance see this and realize this is me - tell me what you want, but act REALLY surprised and impressed when you get it. *kisses*

BTW - I've cross posted this on a couple of forums - as a heads up, I already know I need an "all weather cover", and if you have your car in a garage and don't know what to tell me? There's really no need to respond...
Edit: Without giving away too much, what part of the country are in from (north, south, etc.) and just how harsh are the winters there?

Sadly, its a one car garage, and is being used for storage - and it has to be used this way for the moment. Soooooooooo, I'm doing what I can. He's already 200'dollared me to death with "just one more thing" for his car and "then he'll be through" *cough*... might as well protect it any way I can.

I only keep envisioning that first wintery day as he stands in the bay window looking at his car covered in ice, slosh and bits of leaves.. that I'll have to put up with the grump-meister for the rest of the day/weekend/month.
Oh, and I'm in touch all right.. cause this topic keeps touching my wallet (and the automation part drives a lot of his other parts)
What I may actually do, since I'm finding most of the high-end custom covers are non-returnable, is just print out a car that's got a cover on it, wrap it around a blank check and be done with it
Btw, it's supposed to be really cold so a lot of ice is expected this winter, cleaning the garage might be the very best option, just in case.
Also, I haven't heard "hum dinger" since I was like 5

I know - I do hear we're supposed to have it bad...asked the hubs this morning if we shouldn't truly make an effort to clean out the garage. He just looked at me and sighed
