Default How to locate previous owner?

I have a 1999 Firehawk I'm the third owner and I'd like to talk to the two previous owners. My car has a 3500 stall converter installed by one of the two and I'd like to find out if there was anything else done. The last owner is located in Washington state and the first owner bought the car in Arizona.

Unless you have connections to GM dealership, law enforcement and/or DPS officials in the respective states, I'd imagine it's pretty difficult...

Good luck.

I'm sure you have already looked, but in OH the title has the last owner and address. If you have that information it is a start. Look on whitepages.com with the name and city and you might luck out...or get a lead to where they went.

Good Luck!

Did the car fax, that's how I know it's a two owner car from Arizona, first owner moved up to Washington state, sold the car to another person in Washington. That's about all the owner info on there.
