Wasn't there just a stock bird dyno thread in the dyno section? Made right around 300 I think. If not, just get yourself a lid, ported tb and ls6 intake. Right around 500 bucks and would put you well over 300 rwhp.

My simple lid and catback`98 M6 Formula put down 300 RWHP 322 RWTQ @ 109K miles while still on the Original clutch.
I don't put much stock in dyno numbers as they are really only tools for tuning.
The dyno was a Dynapack and I was told it measures similar to a Mustang Dyno

Any catback without Flowmaster mufflers. It's been a long time since I saw the FTRA; if it doesn't come with a lid, you need one. All lids give the same hp increase. Do not use a K&N filter -- SEARCH for why not.
It's certainly a matter of opinion, but I don't think FTRA is at all "worth" the money. I'd get a lid and catback and be done with it. With an auto car, though, I certainly would add a stall no matter what hp level I wanted. That would be my first real mod even before catback.
