Were the O2's extended with the premade harnesses, or by cutting and splicing? Sounds like there could be a short in the extension since both misfires were on the same bank.

Headers have a tendency to eat up o2 sensers pretty quick. My stockers took a **** on me within about a thousand miles after the header install.

I would check:

1. make sure your plugs are screwed all the way in
2. make sure the plugs aren't cracked
3. make sure your wires are snapped on completely
4. make sure none of the wires are burnt through
