What do you have done to the car? You are gonna want to do some bolt ons + a tune. Don't just throw a bottle on it and blow your motor. Research. Talk to people with experience and who know what they are doing. You can spray all day long on your car if you do it right. So go ahead.

Yah I REALLY doubt a little 50 shot did all that. That's normal wear - u just noticed it after u started spraying...

you can spray a 100 hit on a completely stock car for a long time without any problems. Throw some ngk tr6 plugs @ like .035 gap in and you should be fine. These cars can usually compensate for 100 shot without a hiccup, but just to be safe a tune is always safer. AS long as you do it right, don't hit the nitrous until after around 2500rpm, and don't get into the rev limiter, not really gonna hurt it.

several years ago I ran a 125 dry shot on my stock 98 Z, no tuning, just gutted cats and a bullet muffler and plugs, not even a lid. I ran it like that all season with no problems at all, ran best of 11.90s @ 118 with street tires.

I think you can still run 55 plus on a small 100 shot or so. Its the 150+ guys I see using tr6 plugs....55s and retard the timing (of course full tune...just putting the jist of it out there) should be fine. If you don't half *** it, go the nitrous route. I am going almost all out, so saving for it and all the correct components first. I don't want a 400 kit...I want a 900 with EVERYTHING I could possibly need to run it safely and effectivly.

Sure give it some juice.....just not too much on a stock motor. Complementing it with a lid and full exhaust is always a good idea.....a tune is also great too.

GO for it...As long as you do some research and do it safe. Shouldn't hurt anything.

My bad..worded it wrong lolol. I want a $900 kit, actually more with the NANO system, instead of cheaping out with a $400 kit. As far as spray goes, I want a 150 off the line, another 100 shot once in 3rd gear comes in..untill I really build it, and am shooting for mid 9s. Then 150 off the line, 200 more once 3rd comes around.

I voted yes with the assumption you willl buy a window switch, A/F shutdown switch and all other safety goodies with your kit. Do it right the first time or you could regret it.

Yup. My Formula loves the juice. Just get all the Safety equipment and retard the timing and you should be fine. If you go over to the nitrous section you'll see that a properly setup up system will last a long long time.

Beware, flipping the switch gets very addicting.

Just get the safety stuff and you should be good. I just started spraying my 79k motor, and it loves it. I just put a new Walbro 255 in to up the shot to 150, lol.

Also, +1 on addicting, lol.
