Default Got a 99 TA today!

My first 4th gen, wahooooo.

Got alot of newbie questions of course. Car needs a little work I see.

Horn doesnt work, but I can hear the fuse box clicking.

Drivers side headlight doesnt work or make any sound when being turned on. Anyone sell repopped motors??

Im going to gather the 2 driving lights down on the front facia should come on with the the first turn of the headlight switch. Well they don't work.

Looks to me that I have antifreeze in the power steering pump. Gonna have to do a bunch of research on that.

Needs two new tires, blah blah blah.

If someone can point me in the right direction for a head light motor Ill start there. I'll probably be a pain in the *** for a while with some questions so thanks in advance.

Antifreeze in the power steering pump is leaking PS cooler.

Get a headlight motor from a yard. They are expensive.

Maybe DRL's have been disabled?

For the fog lights there's a little gray button to the left of the steering wheel if its lit the lights should be on if not push it and then they should come on. If they still don't then you may need new bulbs. But yeah they should come on with the first turn of the headlight switch.

PS cooler fix is easy. Throw it in the garbage.

Get a rad hose for a non-PS cooler car, bypass the PS fluid lines.

Refill antifreeze and PS fluid. Your done for $30.

Enjoy the new ride!

Some TA's came with PS coolers, some didn't. Cooler is quite unecessary.

Order an upper rad hose. When the guy asks you if it has a PS cooler, just say no, and you will get the right hose:
