Question New Horn.

I was thinking on putting in a horn that doesnt sound like a girl..i hate teh camaro being a sports car and have a horrible horn that sounds like a small pinto..
anyone have any luck getting a more beefy sound? or replaced it with somethineg else?

i love the horn in my dodge truck, its loud and demanding, i often times consider swapping it into my camaro haha, my friends lt1 car doesn't sound bad tho, maybe its just the 98+ that have the wussy horn

^^^ with that said maybe you can just swap one from an older 4th gen, ive got a couple lt1 parts cars ill look at tom or friday and see if they dont just fit the same.

my 1998 horn is so manly compared to my gfs 2001

I was told the cars came with two horns and the lower pitch one was known to fail easily leaving only a high pitch sound. So I think you need to replace the lower one

yeah, its a common occurrence with our cars for the low pitch horn to crap out.

Just put a train / boat horn if you want something real aggressive lol, scare the sh*t out of people

so i'm probably gonna switch it out with a dodge's horn. anyone know which ones have a pretty good sound? that doesnt sound like a 6 year old girl like my current one?

Please give me a hand, I can't find my horns to save my life. I took the big square piece of plasic off in the middle, in front of the radiator from underneath and I STILL can't find them!

If they're by the fog lights Im either dumb or blind.
