Default Headlight flicker after gear shift

noticed this recently....after each shift....headlights will flicker....common thing with LS1s or what??

Normal if cold. When the car is cold the air pump is turning on and off. If warmed up already - well, I dunno . . . .

Check your battery cable, it might be loose.

yeah it happens with mine all the time... mostly when first driving. .. have no clue... never realy botherd me...

My car used to due it within the first 8 or 10 miles of driving it with the headlights on....it's either stopped doing it or I've just gotten used to it.

yes, its only when motors cold....i kinda thought it was an LS1 thing because i had heard something about it a while back, but not in detail..

Yea the same happens to my car when its cold. It's a "NORMAL" GM effect.

Yup, it's the air pump switching on/off when it's cold. I have the same problem.
