Default Pacesetter Headers

Does anyone have any feedback on the Pacesetter Quik Trip Long Tube headers, or Pacesetter headers in general? I'm looking at those for my 02' WS6 but I'd like to get some feedback from someone who actually has them before I put the money into it.
Thanks.

Pacesetters are a great buy for the price!! Ive had mines for the last 3 years and have no problems. great fit, good quality, and barely any rusting at all. But, if you have not purchased any headers i would look into the TSP 1 7/8 headers.

I've had mine for about 2 weeks... put a hard 500 miles on them, still look like they came out of the box, i have a 02 ws6 as well.

I have the race version which has no air provisions, and had the air system deleted and tuned out of the computer along with the rear o2's, make sure you get some new gm header gaskets, I opted to change plugs/wires during the install, pm me if you have any questions I'd be glad to help.

Got the black racing(non EGR) painted headers on my '00 Z28...they sound great and fit really good i dont scrape anywhere at stock ride height. Good quality and best bang for the buck...is money isnt an option tho go with some 1 7/8 headers...theres American Racing headers, Kooks, and the TSP ones...like i said though pacesetters are awsome.

For a budget header, they are probably the best on the market. Obviously if you are wanting stainless, ARH or Kook's are the way to go on a 4th gen. However, if you are looking to save a little money and get a good quality part that will produce the same power and quality as the more expensive brands, Pacesetter is by far the best option for 1 3/4" LT headers.

I know that pacesetters fitment is good but what about the coating, how well does it hold up?

Got almost a year on mine with daily driving. They shine almost like the first day I bought them. I'm glad I didn't spend double on Kooks or ARH.

If your y-pipe doesn't have cats you will throw a code from the rear 02's. You can have it tuned out.

Well I took everyones advice. I got a set of the pacestters with a corsa catback and the y pipe. They get installed Monday. Once I have these installed, id like to do more. Anyone have any recommendations for mext mod? I'm not looking to spend a ton of money on a supercharger or turbo at the moment. Thanks for the advice.

So you don't have a lid or anything yet? Just gonna have full exhaust?

Basic mod list is...
-debaffle hood and seal to air box with weather stripping $5
-Lid $90
-Port and Polished Throttle Body $65
-Under drive pulley $200
-dyno or mail order tune $125-$450
-Cut out $?

Should give you a good 355ish rwhp or around 420ish at the motor.

Other little things you can do that are debatable that I personally have done...

Who else besides "SliverGhost" ports and polishes TB? I've tried to contact him for weeks now and no reply.
