I just got a new pic this past weekend. I have QA1's at all 4 corners, rear is set at 4 or 5, can't remember which, I leave it there for racing and street. The front is set at 1 for drag racing with 300lbs springs, stock A-Arms and K-Member and nothing pulled out of the front including the AIR system. I also have a UMI Short Torque Arm and a 9" rear with 4.11's, (M6 Car). The car is full weight minus the spare and jack, and is a heads/cam car. I dump the clutch at 6k, and this was the result, and could be done with less hp for sure:
Edit: Forgot MT ET Streets and skinnys, I want to try it with stock Z28 16's now.

We had a customers car a 2000 z28, stock motor and i think a lid, with a flowmaster, 16 inch rims 26x11.50 16 et street ? before the radial.. on 12 psi of air around town and qa1s coilovers on the front on the loosest setting ,stock converter , it would pick the left front from a stop about 2, 3 inches from the twist in the car , when we put a 250 shot and a convertor, and gear it would blow the tires...no more "wheely" on the street ,but a stock setup on et streets and qa1s will pick up the left front.. its fun lol..

For the people that say you need More Power, or Weight Reduction they are Wrong.
All you should need is a good Drag Radial, and a Decent Stall Converter, and with a good launch and you should be able to get a lil air under a tire or two.
Take my Huge, Heavy Steel, Granny-Tank for example, with nothing more then a Stock 1998 LS1 and a Stall my car would regularly pull tire at the track with crappy 1.7 60' times.

You want to pull the front wheels? Power does matter, but like already said (apparently it must be said again) getting weight off the front and having the proper suspension setup is what will do it.
For example, I've done it with my car with the mods listed in my sig. It was even done with heavy chrome ZR1's up front.
Some basic things:

No offense, but you don't even have the same car as him.

I am just saying that it doesn't take a lot of power to be able to pull tire at the track.
I know for a fact that my Huge, Heavy Steel, Granny-Tank has more weight up front then most any F-Body's, and if my stock 98 LS1 has enough power to pull a tire, then I'm sure other stock or near stock F-Body's could do the same with the right Traction, Suspension and Stall Converter.
