Default How???

I have no Idea going about making an ls1 faster. Im only 16 with no job at this time so my budget is around $500 for the time being. Good part is that I have a connection so labor, lift, tools and a tuner (not the dyno cost) lol is free. I was thinking about buying a kit and doing a 100shot. What are my best options?
Thanks

well im 17 with no job and im in the middle of a head swap due to 2 blown head gaskets and trust me dude. if you are 16 with no job i wouldnt even try to do anything past intake and exhaust because once you start makin power than stuff starts breakin and that car will start sittin more than you think. just do little stuff and id stay away from the bottle or anything like that until you have a steady stream of money comin in.

just my .02

get a job or leave it alone...$500 would only fix a handful of the small things that could go wrong at any given time with the car and leave you stranded for over a week

save your money, get a job, save some more, then start playing...but do it little at a time...have a goal of keeping say $1000 in the bank at all times or something

Well, they are..So sell yours to me for 500 bucks, and go buy a honda..

Jk.. If you want to go fast, then you have to have $$$. Leave it stock for now, and get a job like everyone is telling you. Start off little by little when it comes to modding. You will get there. good luck

Let's just say I'm 19 and a full time student who works part time everyday after class and full time in the summer and it's all I can do to buy the parts I want, pay for gas, food and all the little things that go wrong on a DD. And without a job I'd keep that $500 lol
