Does anyone know roughly how much power a tune will get me?

its a 98 z28 a4
with a lid filter ls6 intake p&p throttle and maf
the reason im asking is because my maf is throwing a code but when i unplug it my car runs fine. and i know when you get a tune you can get the maf deleted

What kind of tune are you getting? Mail order, dyno, handheld? You should be able to have a choice....

I've never had the car tuned, but it seems you should be able to check with the tuner as to what codes he's getting rid of. You're paying them, you should be able to pick

dont waste money on a tune before longtubes. get those, then go get tuned.
