I don't know how many miles are on the OPs car, or what exactly you consider "very low miles", but in my area you wouldn't be touching a ~20k mile mint SS for $10k either. CA is also very expensive. Pricing is subjective to region.

for op, imo id leave the car alone if u like the way it looks, i think it looks good, if it isnt a real SS id go back (make sure it is a fake though) and be like hey u told me it was this its not id like a little money back since its not what i paid for etc, but another way to look at it also is it does have rare/diff seats and other parts too (which they may argue with) so its not the best price but it isnt a standard z28, and idk miles, but from a dealer your looking at payin a lot more too, in my area (VA) u can get a ls1 T/A, z28 or SS from 10k-14k it seems from private owners, dealers want 15k+ so, just my thoughts on ur situation

A B4C is the RPO code for "Special Sevice Package". It could be ordered by law enforcement and other government agencies. There is little functional difference between a B4C and a Z28, but a B4C is NOT a Z28 and you will not find Z28 on it's door sticker, build sheet, or window sticker.

I think it definitely sucks that they lied and that you paid for an SS. However, it looks good, if you decide to keep it and or end up getting money back you could easily change a few things around. Just replace the badging and I think the side mirrors painted black would look good. First and foremost get the situation taken care of, I cant stand shady dealings.
